Why Us?
Prequisites for having a good and natural hair transplantation result;
1- Graft extraction by an experienced doctor
2- Transplantation by an experienced doctor and crew, giving correct angles
3- Correct calculation and planning of the amount of necessary grafts for the transplant area
Before deciding for a hair transplantation surgery, get consultation from various places. Do not ask for possibly unreal photographs, but to see real people who had an operation.
Meet with the transplanting crew and learn their education. Ask as many questions as possible. Entrust your grafts to the crew which values your every graft and will not avoid putting in an effort. Do not get a transplantation operation from a place which makes more than 1000-1200 grafts in one day. Indicator of indelicate work is 3000-4000 graft transplantations in one session. Do not forget that the real shape of the hair will appear after 7-8 monhts and when a funny view appears, you cannot do anything.
In FUE Technique (except the loupes to be used by the crew in the process of operation), there is no need for technology, so ignore the examinations like hair analysis, hair analysis using a computer, dermatoscopy, trioscopy etc. just for impressing you.
Every single crew member of the hair transplantation team should be people who respect and care about every single graft. Do not forget, you put your dreams and money on the table, and the crew puts their effort. All of them must be very priceless.
What is the outcome of a bad transplantation?
Bad result of a hair transplantation operation is very hard to repair. Nape donor area injury made when the donors are taken is irreparable.
Transplanting the grafts without giving correct angles is the biggest problem. Grafts, which are not given an angle properly, produce hair that does not look natural.
Remember, your existing grafts are priceless!
Bad results arise from bad transplantation. There are 2 different procedures in transplantation.
1- Operations of 3000-4000 grafts worked in one day. In these operations, as a large amount of grafts are taken, they should be transplanted without any delays.In this technique, for speeding up the process, cuts are made previously.
Putting grafts in the previously made cuts;
- First, by making straight cuts in the transplant area, channels are prepared. These channels are not circular holes, which are appropriate for the graft's nature, they are straight cuts with the diameter of 1-1,5 mm.
- Circular grafts are hard to put in such channels. For making the process easy, the area is given some serum, under the skin. So the area swells and channels grow larger. As there will be a lot of bleeding from the larger cuts, adrenalines are given for stopping the bleeding. Ad for putting the grafts in these channels, grafts are held by forceps. This move to the lively part of the graft damages it. Because of this holding position, graft gets hurt.
2- Technique of transplanting 1000-1200 grafts in 1 session (1 day). In this technique, 1000-1200 grafts are taken between 9:00-12:00 in the morning. After a short break, transplanting process begins.
Grafts are placed in circular holes, suitable for the natural state of the graft. First, a hole is opened with thin needles. After, graft is held from its hair part (not from its lively part) and put into the hole. Process continues as this. As the holes are opened with very thin needles, there is not much of bleeding, so not much of liquids or adrenaline is given, as well. This transplant technique is based on hard work. For approximately 7 hours, 1000-1200 grafts are transplanted with great care. In this technique, 3000-4000 grafts cannot be worked even if it is desired. Session finishes about 19:00-19:30 in the evening. Operation continues or finishes, according to the graft need of the patient, the next day or the day after.
